If digital is so very crucial for us while living our day to day lives in person, imagine how important a great digital presence is for any business or any brand just for mere survival, leave aside prosperity.

Digital wellbeing in the simplest sense is the capability and skill that an individual or a team of individuals require to successfully understand and make use of digital tools for progressive business graphs.

I am sure, most of you will agree that digital technologies have fundamentally changed how we think, feel, act and live. In this world where accessibility is determined by and dependent on the strength of an individual’s network, it is very important to be in sync with today and forsee tommorow.

Digital or Online as we  call it,  is no longer simply an information resource, but more of a  space for interaction, creativity and business. The most powerful, economical and personalized format of Brand -Customer Communication is digital media with a reach of more than 35% and  universe of 46 crore. where numerics are just  growing by the day.

Did you know ? One of the most prominent professions that facilitate equal opportunity for Employment and Entrepreneurship also happens to be Digital.

By now  you definitely understand that media and digital media accross formats  is an integral part of human life, to the extent that the minute you communicate, you've adapted media because 'Media is the Business of Communication'

Hence it is a sane idea to explore possibilities of making a profession out of something that effects your living to such an exorbitant extent. 

Doing that I first need to  understand a factual fix - "Digital is one of the functions that cuts accross all the major and minor professions in media - Advertising, Entertainment, Journalism or Public Relations. 

One of the biggest truth is that today  no brand or celebrity existance and progress is complete without thier digital presence,  be it in what ever business phase -  Awareness - Interest -  Desire - Action" ( Known as AIDA model). Infact digital platforms are the best and extremely resourceful ones to plan and execute  AIDA's effectively - both locally and globally.

- Awareness is when a brand  shares information about itself though articles, ads, podcast, webinar or then paid searches.

- Interest - After have created awareness a brand starts communicating with a motto of generating brand interest in the audiences, like wise emails and news letters,  social media campaigns or any form of web content.

- Desire - is the phase following Interest. Once I have developed interest in a brand , the brand will share content that will trigger my desire to purchase or subscribe to the product or service and push me towards the deciding stage.

- Action - When a brand communication gives me a final trigger to complete the desired  actionables through the purchase or subscription.

Digital Marketing  has  two major segments that work hand in hand while planning and executing an AIDA for a brand or a business, namely Content - Strategy and Numeric - Technicals. It's interesting to know how Digital Content and Marketing is one of the biggest assets in changing the business fortunes of a brand.
