Food for Thought


We don't like to listen or read something that's not comfort giving, a general human tendency.  

But if that discomfort holds a chance to grip your self better, it is a good idea to take a glance.

Some hard truths of life, read and experienced both....

Let people feel happy that they won on arguments. You can afford to loose it for the victory of your mental health.

When your getting in to a comfort zone with any equation, irrespective of who it is,  make sure to let the person know it minimalist because over a period of time you may feel that you probably don't matter. 

It may also happen that you are experiencing it but your not able to spell it out. Never mind, spell it  to your self very clearly & live the moment.

It is stupid to expect honesty from people who can't be true to themselves.

The toughest yet the most important mission is to self introspect and program yourself in a way that you focus on your journey.
