Pause
Pause...
Sunday does not knock.
It gently taps and asks, “Can we slow down… just for today?”
I used to think pause meant stopping.
Doing nothing.
Lying low.
But over the times , I have realised—
PAUSE is not about inactivity.
It is awareness in motion.
So today, I am choosing to PAUSE a little differently.
P — Pay attention
To my breath before my phone.
To my body before my to-do list.
To that tiny tightness inside that says, “Hey, notice me.”
A — Acknowledge
What I’m feeling—without correcting it.
Without justifying it. Just letting it be.
Because awareness begins with honesty, not perfection.
U — Understand
That there’s always another way to look at the same moment.
Another story. Another response waiting patiently behind my first reaction.
S — Search
Not for the fastest reply,
But for the wisest one. The one that leaves me calmer after I act—not heavier.
E — Execute
With clarity. With choice.
With the quiet confidence that I responded, not reacted.
That is what Sundays teach me.
Life doesn’t need constant speed.
It needs intentional pauses—the kind that realign us before Monday arrives.
So today, if you feel rushed, overwhelmed, or unsure— Don’t push harder.
PAUSE. You might just find your power waiting there.
How do you pause on sundays—by slowing down or by tuning in?
